Lead Echo Tech

Job Summary:
Under general supervision and according to established procedures, the Lead EKG Technician Cardiology assists personnel with daily procedures, orientation, and serves as a resource for performance of care.  In the absence of the EKG Coordinator, the Lead EKG technician will assume supervisory duties.
Requirements:- High School Diploma or equivalent
- College level courses in medical terminology, medical transcription, anatomy and physiology preferred
- Current ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience as a non-invasive cardiology technician
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Word Processing/Computer Skills preferred
- Analytical / Technical Skills
- Mathematical Skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
