Patient Load: 50-80 per day
# New plans per week: commensurate with 50-80 pts per day
% IMRT Plans: 25%-40%
Accelerators: 2 Varian 2100C w/portal imaging, 1 Elekta SL18
Simulators: 1 dedicated GE Lightspeed RT
Procedures: 3D, IMRT, SRT, SRS, HDR
Salary Range: $42 - $54/hr

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Education:
Ø A graduate of a formal University, College or Hospital-based Dosimetry Program for a duration of 24 months, or
Ø A Registered Radiation Therapist with on-the-job training in Dosimetry for a minimum of two (2) years under the supervision of a Medical Physicist and/or Radiation Oncologist, with certification by the Medical Dosimetry Certification Board attained within eighteen (18) months of hire or promotion into position; or
Ø A degree in physical of biological sciences with on-the-job training in Dosimetry for a minimum of two, (2), years under supervision of a Medical Physicist and/or Radiation Oncologist, with certification by the Medical Dosimetry
Certification Board attained within eighteen (18) months of hire or promotion into position.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Experience:
Ø Two (2) years recent experience as a Certified Medical Dosimetrist preferred.
Ø One (1) year recent experience with Record and Verify system for radiation treatment charting and delivery.
Ø One (1) year recent experience with Stereotactic Radiotherapy/Radiosurgery preferred.
