Diagnostic Imaging Services Assistant Directors
In this role, the chosen candidates will assist in managing the daily operations of the department, participate in the planning of major facilities construction/renovation projects, and ensure that equipment and procedures are safe, functional, and capable of meeting the diagnostic needs of the medical staff. Additional responsibilities will include developing and overseeing budgets, identifying cost improvement strategies, and ensuring compliance with all JCAHO, MQSA, federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
Requirements include:
• A bachelor's degree in radiologic technology or another imaging discipline, health care, business or health services administration
• CRT, CNMT, ARDMS, or ARRT certification
• Recent supervisory experience in a full service imaging department in an acute care medical center
• Three to five years clinical background as a staff technologist in a diagnostic imaging modality
• Ability to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment.
