Job Details:
The Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of all respective departmental operations (Courier, Processing, Phlebotomy, Secretaries and File Clerks).  He/she is accountable for supervision of departmental support staff personnel, responsible for managing supplies and inventory, development/ review/revision of lab support area policies and procedures, clinical laboratory quality assessment/improvement, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies e.g., CAP, state, federal, and joint commission.
