Sterling Regional MedCenter is a 36 bed acute care regional hospital serving northeastern Colorado with state-of-the-art technology and a team of outstanding professionals. Sterling Regional MedCenter is one of Logan County's largest employers with approximately 300 employees and more than 20 physicians representing 10 specialties. Responsibilities:
The Respritory Supervisor provides comprehensive care coordination for patients and leadership to staff. The intensity of care coordination provided is situational and appropriate based on patient needs and in collaboration with physician and other medical staff. This position is accountable for the quality of clinical services delivered to patients.

Qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Associates or technical degree- Proof of having passed the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist.- A current license in state practiced as required by state law.- BCLS required. - In-depth knowledge of clinical techniques, applications and equipment as typically obtained through 3 years of clinical experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.- Must possess highly effective human relation skills necessary to interface with patients, families, staff and other healthcare personnel.- Ability to perform pulmonary function testing.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Additional related education and/or experience preferred.
