POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Seeking a Registered Radiation Therapist to join our team. Must deliver accurate dosage as prescribed by the radiation oncologists, trouble shoot problems with linear accelerators (Varian). Experience using IMRT, HDR and IMPAC. Competency in simulation preferred but not required Must have 3 or more years experience in a hospital setting. Must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a team environment.
Experience and proficiency in treating patients with IMRT and HDR is required. Must be able to evaluate patient conditions and report issues to physician or nurse. Acts as a clinical instructor for RTT students. Understand and be a role model for outstanding customer service.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must be registered by the ARRT in radiation therapy and have a current Arizona license for radiation therapy.
Equipment : Varian Linear Accelerators 2100 EX ( x 2), CyberKnife, Gamma Knife, Philips large bore CT scanner, IMPAC, Nucletron HDR system
