Opportunity for a dynamic manager with at least three years of supervisory experience in a radiology department to develop and implement strategic plans geared toward growth of the hospital and radiology. Overseeing the activities of over 100 employees in Diagnostic, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine and Mammography and Interventional, the incumbent will work closely with administration, physicians and staff to provide top quality patient care in an atmosphere that supports excellence in service, quality, people, finance and growth.
Requirements: A Bachelors degree and demonstrated success in leadership within a radiology department indicated by at least three years of experience in a managerial/supervisor role. ARRT Certification required. Experience in budgeting, staffing, training as well as scheduling and oversight of daily operations with in a busy department is required. Knowledge of regulatory guidelines desired. And a commitment to quality patient care through team building and mentoring of care providers is highly desired
