TENETCARE OPERATIONS MANAGER

Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Outpatient Services and Director of Imaging Services, the TenetCare Manager works collaboratively with the Sales and Outreach Director, Intradepartmental Managers, and Physicians. The TenetCare Manager is responsible for providing support, coordination, development and direction to the Outpatient Center.  The TenetCare Manager implements operating policies and procedures; maintains and improves the level of patient care and patient satisfaction; assures compliance with established standards, practices and regulatory requirements by all personnel; and carries out special projects assigned by the Sr. Director of Outpatient Services and Director of Imaging Services.

Minimum Education:

            Bachelor's degree in a clinical or business-related field required

            Master's degree in a business-related major is preferred (MBA, MHA)

 

Minimum Experience:

           

3-5 years of extensive Imaging department operation management and/or outpatient

Imaging clinic management experience
